Honourable Prime Minister Hu’akavameiliku of Tonga, who is recognised as the Global Climate Finance Champion, arrived at Heydar Aliyev International Airport today. The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Ilham Aliyev, graciously invited him to gain a deeper understanding of the stance of Tonga on climate change issues.
