On the margins of the Pacific Agenda Summit, Prime Minister Lord Fakafanua took the opportunity to connect with members of the Tongan diaspora in Hawai‘i, engaging in open dialogue on a range of topics, including visa matters and other issues of interest to Tongans living abroad.
The meeting provided a valuable occasion for the Honourable Prime Minister to hear directly from the diaspora community, express his appreciation for their continued contributions and efforts from abroad, and reaffirm the Government’s commitment to maintaining strong and enduring connections with Tongans overseas.
